OSHA Revises Recordkeeping, General Standards Saving $6.1 Million

As part of OSHA’s Standards Improvement Project, OSHA has issued a final rule that revises 14 provisions in numerous standards, including recordkeeping and general industry. The revisions are expected in increase understanding and compliance as well as improve employee safety and save employers an estimated $6.1 million per year. This action is in direct response to President Trump’s Executive Order 13563: “Improving Regulations and Regulatory Review.”
