Illinois Grain Prices in Country Elevators

This is Monday's report of the grain prices and trends prepared by the 
USDA and the Illinois Department of Agriculture.
  
Illinois country grain prices were higher on Monday. Grain prices moved
higher on technical buying at the Board of Trade. Soybeans received an 
additional boost from positive export news.

In Northern and Western Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled 
corn bids 10 to 16 cents higher at 7.17-7.33. Soybean bids were 8 to 12 
cents higher at 13.60-13.81.
 
In Central Illinois country grain dealers quoted shelled corn bids were 12
to 15 cents higher at 7.30-7.45. Soybean bids were 10 to 15 cents higher at 
13.77-13.90. 

In the Southern part of the state, shelled corn bids were 12 to 15 cents 
higher at 7.19-7.55. Soybean bids were 9 to 15 cents higher at 13.88-14.10. 
Wheat bids were 4 to 7 cents higher at 8.22-8.37.  

Commercial grain prices paid farmers by Interior Illinois Country 
Elevators after 2.00 p.m. today are listed below in dollars per bushel:
