Study shows intensified management system raises corn yield 28%

While many recent studies have documented that agricultural producers must significantly increase yields in order to meet the food, feed, and fuel demands of a growing population, few have given practical solutions on how to do this. Implications of March 1 corn stocks estimate

The USDA's National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) will release an estimate of March 1 stocks of corn on March 31st. The stocks estimate provides information needed to calculate the magnitude of feed and residual use of corn during the second quarter (December- February) of the current marketing year.
