Cheminova, Inc. has received registration for Report Extra and Report herbicides in time for the 2008 growing season. Both products are in the sulfonylurea family and offer selective, post-emergence weed control in cereal crops.

"Report Extra herbicide contains chlorsulfuron and metsulfuron," says Dr. Jim Barrentine, technical services director for Cheminova. "That means Report Extra is an economical alternative to Finesse herbicide." Growers can use this product for selective broadleaf weed control in winter and spring wheat, including durum. Report Extra controls broadleaf and grass weeds through pre-emergence and post-emergence activity."

Report herbicide contains chlorsulfuron and is an economical alternative to Glean herbicide. It provides pre-emergence and post-emergence activity and selective broadleaf weed control in wheat and barley as well as spring and winter oats in selected areas.
Report Extra and Report are available in a water dispersible granule formulation and will be packaged in convenient, 20-ounce bottles. Each case contains 12 bottles.
