SAN DIEGO, Calif. -- US Farms Inc. announced today it has established a wholly owned subsidiary dedicated to becoming a leading supplier of produce in California.



The wholly owned subsidiary has been named California Produce Exchange Inc. and is registered with the state of California.

Several months ago, US Farms Inc. management began discussing the need to establish a full-service produce company. The company will use its contacts in its current agriculture business to begin building its fresh market produce business. The company's management believes this produce exchange operation will be the fastest growing segment of its business in 2007.



California Produce Exchange, through a contract growing agreement, will be one of the largest domestic growers of asparagus in Q1-2007.



California Produce Exchange is in the business of growing and supplying produce to our customers worldwide.
