Learn about the valuation of donated real property, including conservation easements. The 2006 Pension Protection Act will be discussed including changes to appraisal law and the contiguous/enhancement rules for conservation easement valuations. IRS Counsel will also cover section 2032A issues, Special Use Valuation for Agriculture Property with Estate valuation.

For Everyone: Texas History Tour

Tour the historical Mission San Jose, Known as the "Queen of the Missions", this is the largest of the missions and was almost fully restored to its original design in the 1930s.

Guests will view an award-winning film that tells the story of the missions' history and visit Mission Concepcion, a stone church that was dedicated in 1755, and appears very much as it did over two centuries ago.
