Growmark is the first agricultural cooperative system and complete farm supply and service organization to earn the “Ag Data Transparent” seal.

Created by American Farm Bureau Federation and backed by a consortium of farm industry groups, commodity organizations and ag technology providers, the Ag Data Transparency Evaluator is a process by which ag technology providers voluntarily submit their ag data contracts to a simple, ten question evaluation. Answers are reviewed by an independent third party administrator, and the results are posted on this website for farmers and other ag professionals to consult and review. Only companies receiving approval are allowed to use the “Ag Data Transparent” seal.

This accreditation recognizes Growmark for its transparency working with farmers and the standards of privacy and security of data. The Growmark System’s MiField Applied Research initiative and FS AIS (Advanced Information Services) enterprise decision tool aid in the collection of field data that is then used to show successful management trends and assist with the development of agronomic recommendations.

Growmark is an agricultural cooperative with annual sales of $8.7 billion (FY 2015 data) providing agronomy, energy, facility planning, and logistics products and services, as well as grain marketing and risk management services in more than 40 states and Ontario, Canada. Growmark owns the FS trademark, which is used by affiliated member cooperatives.
