Farmers National Company, the nation's leading farm and ranch management company, announced that Roy Bracey, Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) of Chenoa, Illinois, has been named the company's 2014 Farm Manager of the Year.

This prestigious award is presented each year to one of our over 100 professional farm managers for excellence in performing farm management duties. Applicants for the award are judged by a panel of agribusiness professionals based on actual day-to-day management of farms and client service.

Bracey has worked for Farmers National Company since 1982 and has received many awards during his tenure with the company.

David Englund, AFM, senior vice president of farm and ranch management, said: "We are very pleased to have Roy as part of our Farmers National Company team. He is a past winner of this award and receiving this award again shows he is continuing his high level of service to his clients.

"I am very impressed with how Roy works to carry out the wishes of his clients so that the goals and objectives for their properties are met. He is an excellent communicator as he talks with his clients on a regular basis so that he knows what they want completed on their farmland investment. This gives his clients a very good comfort level as they know their farms are in good hands. We are very proud that Roy Bracey has been named the 2014 FNC Farm Manager of the Year."
