GENEVA, NEBRASKA - Farmers National Company, the nation's leading farm and ranch management company, is pleased to announce that Andy Hubert, Accredited Farm Manager (AFM) of Geneva, Nebraska, has been named the company's 2010 Farm Manager of the Year.

This prestigious award is presented each year to one of our over 80 professional farm managers for excellence in performing management duties. Applicants for the award are judged by a panel of agribusiness professionals based on actual day-to-day management of farms and client service.

Mr. Hubert has worked for Farmers National Company since 1991 and has received many awards during his tenure with the company.

Jerry Warner, AFM, Executive Vice President and Chief Management Officer for Farmers National Company, said: "Andy is a very proactive farm manager. He does an excellent job of analyzing each farm and then communicating with the owner regarding the different options available to operate their farm. On many of the farms he manages, the custom farming method of operation is significantly more profitable than either cash rent or crop share. As a result, Andy has helped many landowners achieve outstanding returns from their agricultural investments." We are very proud that Andy Hubert has been named the 2010 Farm Manager of the Year.
