Matt Morgan , Vice President, Crop Division, Farm JournalMatt Morgan is Vice President of Farm Journal Media's Crop Division. He is responsible for the development and implementation of the division's strategic and operating plans and also has full P&L responsibility for Farm Journal, Top Producer, AgProfessional and Greenbook. Morgan joined Farm Journal after spending 8 years at Vance Publishing in various management positions, which included leading the AgriBusiness division that was comprised of 11 different brands focusing on production agriculture and produce. Matt has deep roots in agriculture. He grew up on a farm in Southwest Iowa before his family re-located to Garden City, Kansas. The Morgan family operates a commercial cattle feeding operation and a farrow-to-finish hog operation. Matt is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in public relations.
Cliff Becker , Director, Livestock, Farm Journal MediaCliff Becker is a fourth-generation agriculturalist that puts his passion for food and food production into supporting clients' needs in marketing, branding, sales and business development, charting a 31-year career within the food system. Cliff started his career with positions in animal health and publishing sales, before starting a 22-year career with Vance Publishing Corporation, serving as Vice-President, Publishing director for their food360 division. Cliff joined Farm Journal in 2011. He holds a B.S. degree in Animal Science from Western Illinois University and attended Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management, Masters of Publishing Program. Cliff lives on a small ranch in Edwardsville, KS, with his wife Kristine, their son Ivan, and daughter Ruby.
Steve Custer , President and COOSteve Custer is the President and COO of Farm Journal. Custer has worked in a variety of industries, but his first love is serving American farmers. He grew up in rural Iowa in the shadow of his family's farm equipment business. After graduating from Michigan State University, he worked at Leo Burnett, DDB Needham and Young & Rubicam in both Chicago and New York before returning to Iowa and agriculture in 1985. He joined Farm Journal Media in 1998 as Vice President/Director of Marketing for Farm Journal's database division. In 2000, he was named Publisher of Farm Journal and Top Producer magazines and in 2005 was promoted to division president and promoted to his present position this year.
