InfoAg 2014 will be held July 29-31 in St. Louis, Missouri at the Union Station Hotel. InfoAg continues to be a premier precision agriculture event for producers, consultants, and the crop production industry.
InfoAg has been an every other year event, but moves to an annual event starting this year. For 2014, it will feature four tracks of concurrent sessions plus a workshop track.
There has been an excellent program put together for 2014. With five concurrent sessions there is always something for everyone going on. View the program at-a-glance to start see what might be appropriate for your education on precision agriculture.
With all the presentations to see, attendees might find it hard to make their choices and plan their time at InfoAg; therefore, there are options, and that means keeping track of them can become complicated. To help attendees’ plan their conference experience, the conference organizers have established MyInfoAg. It is a tool for individuals to check all the presentations they want to see and to create their own personalized itinerary for the conference.
The InfoAg Apps hold the program information including presentation descriptions and speaker bios as well as descriptions of exhibitors and sponsors. Using the search feature allows finding topics and people of interest and further allows creating a custom InfoAg schedule with the MyInfoAg tools to mark can't miss presentations and exhibits. Program updates are pushed to the app so everyone always has the latest InfoAg info.
There also is a pre-conference tour on Monday, July 28, 2014. It will leave the St. Louis Union Station Hotel at 9:00 a.m. and return between 5:00 and 6:00 p.m. The tour will include transportation, lunch, and refreshments. The tour stops include:
- Donald Danforth Plant Science Center
- Sydenstricker John Deere Dealership
- UAV Demonstrations
More information about each stop: who we will meet and what we will see is available online. There is a separate cost for the tour and seats will be limited so organizers are recommending signing up early, and time is running short.
